Chicken again, Mom??? Sound familiar?
That’s pretty much what I hear every time I tell my kids that I made chicken for dinner!
Chicken is a dinner staple in our home because it’s one of the healthiest meats! It packs a ton of protein which is so important for a healthy diet. Not only that, but it is super low in fat and calories. It’s also one of the more affordable meats so I always stock up when it’s on sale and freeze the packs for later. I’ll serve chicken at least 3 times a week for dinner and I also use the leftovers for lunches.

The trick to getting my kids to enjoy it is to change it up with different marinades and recipes. If I keep doing the same marinade weekly they get bored!
